nokia 3100 Problem

my phone re-starts when i go to menu 13 (goto menu) or
settings
-->personal shortcuts
----->>any options

can anyone explain this?

you could probably try to resotre factory settings. its just a guess though but it might work

i have same problem with 3100, after full factory restore still same problem

how did u restore to factory settings? by means of data cable or what? my phone always hangs when i go to "goto menu" i have to turn it off b4 i can used it again.

i solve my problem already! just flash the 3100 then all fine

go to settings> Reset to factory default> security code>12345

it will rest to factory default and restart ur phone..
