MMC Screwed up! help ASAP! (please)

Hi guys, im reall frustrated and angry with myself right now,

My phones been working fine since i got it but i installed four new apps an hour ago and when installing a cracked ebook reader i got an error message and the phone turned off.

When it came back on i got an error message from FWSpeech and then once i get to the sandby screen and press the menu button or whatever it says 'SYSTEM ERROR'. I tried using the pencil key to boot up into safe mode but it wont work for me.

I removed the MMC and the phone worked - mobile girl even worked which it didnt when the card is in. When i put the card back in though i get the errors again.

How do i reformat my card if i cannot boot up into safe mode?

I NEED HELP ASAP!

well, wif a file explorer, try lookin for the system.ini file and delete it. hope it works for u.

try to format the card using a card reader... this will work
