    Question Bluetooth or cable flashing??

    sorry i'm a newbie...can i upgrade my 3650 version (i have v.250 NHL- with bluethoot?? if i can't, what i can do to upgrade my 3650 with cable???
    the cable in italy is very expansive (griffin box costs about 350$) can i build the cable??if yes do you known many site with the documentation to build the cable???
