Aid with nokia 6310 and 8310

Hi my problem forgives my English is the following one: I have two nokia one 6310 version 04.20 and another 8310 nokia version 05.06 when I use the JIC to unblock it it says me that it does not find the handle but if I use the Cyber it it functions and it says me that this exempts but when I put one another card of one another operator the GSM says me that this blocked one. It will be that somebody can help me? Debtor
