    Cool dct4 flahing

    i have absolutely no idea how to use my flashing cables and software everytime i try doing it it says privelegd instruction can anyone give me instructions how to do this

    Thats mean that you are running an NT based system.

    two thing you MUST do before you can start to flash.

    Download and install userport.

    and right click the EXE and set it compatibility mode to Win98
