6510 frequent restarting

I was updating the sms folder of 6510 using OPM II through IrDa.
During this process, the connection between the laptop and the phone lost and the phone began to restart always. It shows the operator logo for 2 seconds and resets. It looks like a software restart.
Any solutions please...

i seen this problem before....some files of the phone is damage so u try to reset the phone by restore factory setting if cannot conect to pc using a cable run logo manager then choose SET LOGO TO DEFAULT...IMPORTANT BY DOING THIS ALL YOUR FILE WILL BE DELETE
