n gage problem

my n gage has packed up when i try and charge it and knock it on it says (start up device not working contact ure retailer)

now im going there tomoz but i hope its just a minor problem. cos i dnt wnna be paying £50 to get it fixed

i have insureance but i have to pay first £50.

can anyone please tell me if it is minor or BIG.

to me it sounds major. i dunno what to do.

Just visit the a Nokia Care Centre, or tell ur Isurance company they're ripp offs i never paid a single dime for the 4 times my 7650 lost life!!!

Yep. My N-Gage is at Nokia Care getting fixed for FREE. I wouldn't pay.

i took it in to fones4u. and the guy said i can either pay £50 have it fixed on my insurance (which sounded dull)..

or have it done through my warranty for FREE. but it will take 10-14 days to return to me.

so my thumbs gonna be bored for fortnight.

bet this woulda never happened if i had gone to specsavers
