Bad 3210! (Help needed)

Hi! I have a 3210 which doing this:

1. Connect charger
2. Starting to charge
3. After 3-4 sec the light turning on (even if the phone is turned off)
4. After 5-6 sec the phone drop the charger, and staring again to charge.

Its doing the same if the phone is turned on.

Anyone know how to fix it?

Did U try a good working battery...Also run a test with Eeprom tools..
Try reheat chaps and CCONT..
