nokia 8310 promlem

have an 8310e (orange) which has been unlocked. When I put my o2 sim in, i type my pin in then when I am asked to type the security I do so (it is set as defualt 12345) and the phone switches off and then comes back on. Any ideas what this could be or how to resolve the problem. Any help would be appreciated cheers

Sorry, but I have no idea. But I have a question for you. I am trying to unloack a 8310e (orange) but keep getting the following "Code Error" or "Cannont undo restriction" Can you help?

Just outta interest, try putting the phone on charge while you do it...
