Unlock 3300 by cable - Anyone do it any more?

Hi,

I don't know what to try any more. My phone USA ATT Nokia 3300 got "Cannot undo restriction", so I assumed it got more than 5 codes entered. I've bought the serial M/FBus cable and tried the following
. bWinlock 1.06 - no luck. It complained that it couldn't read the phone info (I don't have the dongle and I'm not sure if that's the cause)
. JIC with DCT-4_TestMode_By_SAJ1UK - no luck, it complained that couldn't link the phone.

To the gurus, please shred some light. I know everyone got spoiled with the remote unlock code and forgot everything about the cable. I'm sure that there is a way.
