How to activate Network monitor on 7250i ?.
Its mentioned in Oxygen Phone Manager II that for DCT4 models u got to contact Nokia service center to get it activated. Above that u got to be a network engineer.

there is currently no way to activate netmonitor on dct4 models without help from nokia.. the method is still unknown.
however, decoding and development of dct4 flash files has started recently, so maybe soon we will have that ability.
worth waiting.. i want to have that too in my 6610..
