cannot undo restriction

ive a 3510 which has been previously unlocked from orange to o2 payg it worked fine untill i put my other 02 payg sim card in now it wont call out,i can recieve calls and texes.i tried the unloking codes,most didnt work but a couple(i assume the correct ones) resulted in the cannot undo restriction reply on screen.does anyone know why the phone may not be able to undo restrictions?????

better bring it to a shop who has Griffin so he can undo the restriction, by resetting it.

your phone is already simfree.
