hi all this is my 1st post i have a big prob with my 3530, every time i am on a call and i recieve another incoming call and when i try to swapp the call my phone completely switches off i am in a big fix, need help big time i took my phone to nokia SP they changed the s/w but the prob still persists.

what should i do to get this sorted???
