Call not allowed ?

Hi,
I have a 6600 on O2 - If I place a Virgin sim in it it seems to log onto the tmobile netwrk - ie the logo is displayed an a signal strength is show BUT I get 'call not allowed!' if I try and make calls.

Can anyone confirn if this is due to network locking?

If so which of the 7 codes do I use?
