Blacklisted?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to find out if a phones IMEI (Nokia) is blacklisted?

Iv received this phone to look at, that sometimes takes and receives calls.

It has full SP reception, and stays in full coverage.

It can send and receive SMS and MMS messages no problem.

Can anyone shed some light on what might be up here regarding calls?

And iv set full sw factory default.

Its the same problem no matter what SIM i use in the phone.

As i understand, if its blacklisted, all calls should be barred. If its working sometime and not others, its probably a hardware problem.

barring phones is up to the providers.. you shall ask them, they will tell you if it is barred..

if you want you can call from another phone and just ask them if the imei is barred, they can tell you that.

about reciveing calls - sometimes the operator blocks outgoing calls first, and allows incomnig calls for some days after.
