in what player should i play .avi?

I just downloaded Tekken - The Movie to my computer,
but the movie is in .avi and when i try to play it, windows mediaplayer dosent show any sound and it doesnt work in quicktime.

how can play the file!!?

So it doesn't play on your computer? Perhaps you need a new codec in order for it to play with sound.

try divx? from divx.com.

I had the same problem with Super Troopers, so I got the XVid codec and then it worked fine.
