    Contact the retailer this is what my 7650 says when i turn it on after it crashed so i pulled the battery out an turned it on and it said this how do i get around this tried to get in safe mode holding abc button did not work been told to send it to comm tech

    well, u might need to flash the fone, its a firmware fault in older versions.
