HELP! my nokia 3650 is not turning on the nokia logo appears & then fades away!!!

today i turn on my phone then i saw the nokia logo appears then it fades away then gaian it appears and again fades away it continue for 3 times & the phone automatically turned off i tried by removing the memory card but it still comes also when i put the fone on charging the nokia logo appears & then gone .. it also not charges the phone plz tell me wht to do ... i think if my phone can be formatted it will solve the problem but how i can format the phone as it dosnt turn on .. plz tell me any code to format my 3650 like there is a code for nokia 6600 that press the call key the star key and the 3 key and then turn the phone on it formats the phone .. so i will be waiting for ur reply .. plz reply me soon and try to solve my problem ..

I am afraid that the only thing you can do is take your phone to Nokia Care.

well, take out ur mmc, see if it works. if it works, the prob is wif the mmc.

but otherwise, u need to flash the fone at nokia care ctr.

how to format the phone as it dont turn on .. as i told u that it also dose`nt works when i take out the mem card .. so now how can i format the phone is there any way that we can format it using data cable cuz i also hav the data cable for my 3650 .. and plz tell me that wht the " Flash the phone " means .. how to do that ..? is there any software for that .. waitin for ya rply ..

Take the phone back to where you bought it. If it is still under warranty, then they will send it to Nokia Care where they will fix it up for free. If it is not under warranty then you will have to pay for it to get fixed.

no my warrenty is gone now .. i know i can go 2 the nokia care but first i want to try my self may be i can flash my phone using some software do you know any software .. if u do plz tell me ...

I think that the only thing you can do is take it to Nokia Care.

On February i got the same problem, i solved it only by sent to Nokia Care Center, it cost me S$23.00++ (cos no more warranty ).

Before u send it to NCC, try this:
1) take out ur MMC and switch it on, or

2) Press and hold on to the pencil key and switch it on.

i only know this 2 way, try your luck mate....

the same problem that i got with my 3650 the only way is to take it to nokia service and flash the phone

I think that the only solution it's to take it to Nokia Care.

this problem happen to almost all the series60 phone, normally will be RSSI data or ROM data currupted, just need to reflash the phone sw for most of the cases.

yeah i sent my phonbe to nokia care And now my problem is solved ... and also they have upgraded my version to 3.16 .... okay well thanx for every thing .. bye
