8210 got GSM 1800 Signal but no GSM 900 signal

My Nokia 8210 can only search for GSM 1800 Signal and cant search for GSM 900 Signal. Even if it can logon to the 1800 signal, it cannot make any calls out. There is totally no signal when i try to insert a GSM 900 card. I tried to flash it with a new firmware and used the nokia tools to refresh the IMEI, SP locks and FAID reset and even changed the Hagar chip. I'm like out of ideas on wat to do next..... pls advise thks.

I've this problems before,
try to change the Antenna switch or then change your PA
