I have a 8310 on t-mobile i have used your online unlocker & also a downloaded dct-4 calculator, when i enter the unlock code nothing happens the screen just shows the code i have entered. I hope someone can help me....

some of the later 8310's needed the sim card left in.....try that

some of the late 8310's had a problem where the phone would just sit there once you had entered the last part of the code (particularly ones on Orange UK for some reason ) ...I've unlocked several with this problem with the sim IN...but it is only the 8310 ...

I agree at all other times and all other models the sim card should be out
