unlocking 6310i

I have tried to unlock my 6310i on Tmobile and phone says "cannot undo restriction"
can anyone suggest what i can do now?

all of your 5 code unlock tries are used up

you need to take/send it to someone with a "griffin" box or someting similar so that they can do it direct

I am trying to unlock my 6310i also on t-Mobile UK. Unfortunately, I have version 5.10 of the o/s which means, as I understand it, that it is harder to unlock. I have tried the codes from a number of calculators and have used 3 or 4 of my "lives". Short of using a wired solution or calling T-Mobile, is it possible to get the unlock code for my phone.

I could possibly get the use of a laptop with IRDA if that would help.
