Just bought myself a 7210 after my 8310 went through washing machine and now powers up but cant connect to a network

Great phone the 7210, but , i have a problem hope you can help......

I have downloaded all the gprs and mms settings from o2 for my phone, im on payg, and when i try to connect via gprs it tells me "gprs connection not avaailable"???? also, try to connect via waP, and the phone goes 2 o2 home page no probs, but try to go anywhere else sits there trying to connect for ages then says connection interrupted!!

Please help!!
