6150 how to restart & catch "net monitor"'s screen, just like logomanager

hi every senior predecessors,I have two question.
It's about how to use VB to restart my 6150 phone.

I found one VB program(with source) called "DCT3 Restart Source"
written by blight.dk .

But this program doesn't work on my notebook & nokia 6150
(Maybe because FBUS & MBUS?, my cable is FBUS... )

when I hear what Bzrna say's really discouraged me.

Hi,

There is no restart feature in the PC Connectivity SDK
and to go further there is no AT command for that either.
