7250 missing menu,s

the problem is this on 7250 with a orange sim card the call registry section starts at 3 .... with a O2 sim it starts at 1. so the first 2 sections with the orange sim in are missing so i can not see who has called not so much a problem as a pain any help would be great thanx ( Bones........

should the 'messages' start at 1 then 'call register' at 2?

the 2 that are missing are [recived] and [missed] in call registry but only with the orange sim
