3100 doesn't turn on

Hi
I have a 3100 which doesn't turn on. When I switch on, the lights come on and turns off immediately and then the screen blinks 3 times. Can anyone help?

1)Charge battery
2)flesh the phone and then repair SP locks, if this doesn't halp then this is HW problem.

Not battery problem.

I tried to flash with griffin but it doesn't want to boot when entering test mode to extract the content package. MCU and PPM can be flashed though. After flash processing also fails.
