Displaying name of SMS sender?

Are there any apps about which display the name of the sender when the new SMS message comes up? On my Sony Ericsson T68, when you got a text, it showed, new sms from whoever, so you could immediately see if the message was worth reading right away or if it could wait. There is nothing more annoying that expecting a text off someone, getting a text, and when it eventually loads, its some advert rather than a message from the person u were expecting. Anyone know of an app which can do this?

im also looking for this. if ever there's an app like this, i hope it wont consume too much power since it would be running in the background...
