Next step after MMC reformatted?

hi guys, i've just reformat my MMC through my n-gage, and i want to ask why the system folder is missing? how can i install the n-gage 3d game such as tony hawk? before i reformatted, i only copy the whole game folder to e:/system/apps and the game will show up. right now i allready install the handy file v1.50 by put the installer in the root directory of my memory card, and install it from the manager. so ,what should i do? i'm so affraid that i'll make a mistake and make my n-gage go to the hospital again i'm waiting for you guys before i take any actions.

system folder is a hidden folder, enable hidden files viewable on ur pc.
