6610 not charging

Hi , I have problems with a 6610 it does not charge. i have tried a new charging socket, i have also jumpered the fuse between charging socket and Vibration contacts, I have reflowed the entire mainboard. Phone works in every other way. help please

i have just received a 7250 that does the same thing and it was fixed by jumpering the fuse

Dont jump the fuse
replace it
and check out the charger modual
