after installing app/game

after i install a app or game on ma 3650, i cant see the icon at the bottom of the menu (which is set to grid). But after i restart phone, they appear. Is there a way to sort it out? cos im sure turnin the phone on/off constantly aint good for the battery and screen.

I sometimes had that problem on my ex-6600.

What you can do, is use FExplorer and locate the program
(eg. E:/system/apps/*****.app) and open it.

Works like a charm. When you HAVE to restart the phone, then the icon will appear again
