Help need unlock code for nokia 6220

I entered the wrong code 3 times how do i now unlock using cable.
I have a dku-5 usb to phone connector
i use nokia connection manager to connect to phone
What software do i need now to unlock using cable
please help
It still asks for code as Enter restriction code
I dont know as the other codes i got dont seem to work
from the Calculator

Will the usb cable also help or do i need something else.

I was uploading tones and graphics to the phone and then suddenly after it completed suddenly it says enter restrict code.Why did it suddenly do that

Please post in correct section this section isf or dct2/3 and not dct4, also asking for codes is not allowed, but seeing as you have a big problem i am not closing this.
