missing icons when installing on nokia 6600

Dudes,
When I install an application to my nokia 6600, no icon appears on the menu screen. This used to work but now does not, any ideas how I've cocked it up?

well on my 3650, some icons dont appear straight away after ive installed an app, and others dont appear until ive restarted my phone, try restarting it if you havnt allready???

many thanks but it still doesn't work, so I tried smashing it against the wall. And that didn't work goddamn!

i had this problem too... a reboot fixed it... and now it doesnt happen anymore... im pretty sure a format will fix it for good

lol i love that, "if in doubt, a good format will fix it" i seem to have that same kinda attitude towards my phone and PC's lol
