"SIM not accepted" message

Hi,

my nokia 7110 display that message when I switch it on.
I tried several Sim Card and I try to clean the sim holder contacs.

I can read IMEI but not software release or service menu.

I got it in England but I'm in Italy! May be it's blocked? or I need to flash it?

Please read Forum FAQ and search before posting.
It is locked, if you have a mbus cable use noktool and clear SP locks.
