I'd take a second look at that if I were you.
You're either bidding on a url to a "matrix" scam site (where you'll be prompted to buy a worthless cd for £20/£30 then await your free gift of a 6630), or you have decided to deal with an ebay seller directly (ie. make a transaction that won't be registered on the site) this is dangerous and will not be covered by ebay's protection policy, leaving the seller to run off without sending your phone, and seeing as these scammers usually live in a different country than the one they're targeting, then you can't do much to get your money back.
Either way a legit 6630 will easily break the £300 mark on ebay so if you're getting one for less check for a catch.
