    Unhappy Real Newbie question

    What is unlocking or unblocking phone? Why someones want to chance their IMEI can they get some advance from that?

    Unlocking - When you open the phone to all networks

    Unblocking - When your phone has been barred by the police, and you need to change the imei to unblock it.
