3310 help

Hi all please can you help me

I wish to get into mobiles a bit more.

And I have a few nokias I wish to (try) to repair. The first is a 3310 it switches it self off after a few seconds. I have done a search and found that I need to flash the phone. Being a newbie what is the best way to do this please.

Also I have a 3330 which you have to take out the battery once you have turned to off and replace to turn it back on, I have also found that I need to reload the software, any tips on how to get the software (probably free) and how to install it please

Any general tips on how to get started would be much appreciated.

Load new software and flashing are the same thing.
Read Forum FAQ and it will tell you exactly how to flash.
