lock code when changing sim in 6600

i've lost the lock code for my 6600, the option to ask for a code when the sim is changed has been selected, i now cant use any other sim in the phone, please help

flash the phone to reset the sec code, its one of ur options.

I presume you have tried the standard 12345 or 11111 or 00000????

ive tried 12345 etc no luck, the phone will now after a few attempts accept a different sim card, i can use all the phones features, even send & recieve text & MM messages, but i cant assign speed dials or dial out, or change the lock code. if i need to flash the phone how do i do it, please help
