GX20 Freeze after power on

My Sharp GX20 freeze after power on. Only the white screen with busy sign i can see. I have flashed it, the result is same. sometimes it start normaly without sim. But whenever i tried to power off the phone, it become freeze again. Do u people have any idea. Please help me.

You'll need to take it apart and remove the small battery inside for 5 minutes, then replace it. this will cure the fault on all sharp gx series phones.
