Extremely low volume on my 3330

I changed IMEI on my Nokia 3330 and updated faid. Now the speaker volume is too low though the volume is set to maximum. I can hardly hear what people say. Do I have to flash the phone or is there something else I can do?

Try change speaker OR COBBA...!!!

I have had this problem on my sisters 3310,
i had to take out the buzzer (speaker) and re-insert it, but i didnt push the buzzer right in, i left it sticking out.
the mother board pushes the buzzer as far as it needs, when you put it back together.
The volume returned back to full for me.
Failing that try a new buzzer.
