How can i enable write Msg in nokia 5120 and 6120 using winesla ...?

click in Software/Product Profile then click in Write Text Messages then in turn to 'ON'. click 'OK.

That still will not work..

Never checked all old flash versions of 5120/6120 but even if that setting is available in the product profile menu, the 5120 and 6120's were NOT capable of doing 2 way SMS. Some mcu versions had provisions for it where it would allow you to even enter a message to write it but when you would try to send it, it would NOT go anywhere.

2 ways sms (that works) didnt happen until later with the release of the 'i' versions and the 5125.

i activate a sms with wintsla in 6160 and 6120 ( without i) and both works perfectly

Out of curiousity what version software are they???

Those phones must have been flash upgraded.....because the older mcu software simply did NOT have the capability.

sorry guys, i´m a litlle confused here. As far i know, you can make the 51/6120 write a message with a wintesla, but you do not create a outbox on firmware (chek the nam, you will not find out a menu called "MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER") I guess u need a full flash, but will loose the esn....
