    Question 6100 Sim Card Registration Failed

    I just bought a second hand phone and put my o2 (UK) sim card into it and it comes back and says "Sim Card Registration Failed" I do not believe the phone is stolen as I bought it from a secondhand shop that checks if phones are stolen. Can anybody help?

    maybe phone was not reported stolen at time of checks, or could simply be a sim card problem, but i doubt it
