6820 help please!!

Hiya,

ive got me a 6820 that i need to take apart as the two softkeys when shut dont work too well!

how do i take the whole thing apart?

ive as far as taking the whole pcb put of the housing but this has still left half of the keyboard to it! how do i take this off so i can look at the keys??

got the two bits apart but there is a little thread connecting the 2 together!

how do i get that apart??

my housing is pretty knacked!!!
