X70 Problems

I am getting an X70 mobile from a friend who lived in England, but he said that it is locked to the Orange network. I live in Australia and there is no Orange network here so it will be useless, hence i need to unlock it.
I looked in the place where you can post your phone model and IMEI number but there was no reply to people who owned X70's!
So my question is, "Is it possible to unlock X70's, and if so how do you do it?" I would really appreciate any help ppl can give me as it is a great phone and i would love to actually use it!

Hi,
it can be unlocked using Griffin server.

you need cable to do so..

no other way yet, I'm planning to try and make simple solution but I haven't got such a phone here....
