nokia 7650 wont power up

i have just bought a nokia 7650 that wont come on any suggestions or does anyone know if this is a common problem

try plugging in your charger - if you see it power up and charge then our on/off switch needs replacing m8

thanks mate but the power switch is missing altogether bought it of ebay guess i got stitched up will start with a new switch and go from there
