7Bars - 3310 NiMh Solution!

Hi,

I never got 7bars working properly in my 3310.
(NiMh battery bug)

I have a solution now.

In the eeprom was certain data stored which seem not to get updated from 4 to 7.

But U can do this manually one time, and that way activate the 7 bars steps.

By just changing some 20h bytes there and reflash.

3310-633, BatteryLevels #1
(Mcu address: 12.f07c)
(Epr address: 1d.03ce // 1e.03ce)

- original 4 bars:
mcu 12.f07c: 0c350d7a0C8a016b016b002b 0f41 0eff 0e4f 0E4f 0e4f 0e4f 0e4f 0e4f: 00000000

- use data from the patched 7 bars file U have:
mcu 12.f07c: 0c350d7a0c8a016b016b002d: 0f3f 0f17 0eef 0ec7 0e9f 0e77 0e4f 0e4f: 00000000

- put that into eeprom:
epr 1*.03ce: 0c350d7a0c8a016b016b002d: 0f3f 0f17 0eef 0ec7 0e9f 0e77 0e4f 0e4f: 00000695

Do note the last 2 bytes, they're changed!

It is a byte sum of all the 1Eh bytes before it.

Possibly Ur values look a little different as mine and U have to recalc the value based on the bytes in Ur file.

After changing them, U can reflash the file and hopefully it will be working.

Let's wait till someone comes with a more clear solution for those who are not so good in hex editing themselves.

Don't start doing this if Ur not sure about what's meant by these bytes or modding in general.
