Change IMEI on t100

Is it possible to change the imei on t100 with the cable that u get when u buy the phone......and with santel 01.01?

Why would you want to do that? It's illegal and the only reason you would want to is to re-activate a stolen phone.

Or not.. I have had to change IMEI numbers back to the original because of having to repair the phones flash leaving it with a IMEI number of 65's

also you don't know where Charmot lives and IMEI changeing/repairing may not be illegal there.

so please consider the other reasons of why somebody wants to do this before blasting them.
