Nokia 3410 deblocking from Orange Romania

Hello everyone !
I just buyed a Nokia 3410 from Orange Romania and i want to deblock it.
Can anyone tell me if there is a risk to use the unlocking tool from this forum ?
Maybe you smile , but i am a novice (newbie) and i don't want to risk to loose the phone .
What can you tell about the warranty (of the phone)?

there is no risk in using the unlocking toll, you get 5 tries to unlock

it can be considered to be breaking your warranty from nokia....
