My friend lives in Pakistan. He is really into mobiles. Same thing happened to this friend. He bought his Nokia 7250i from a guy and after few weeks the phone got blacklisted, the guy is not giving the money back. So he is looking for a way to make it work in Pakistan.

As it is not illegal to change IMEI, he wants to change his IMEI number to able to make it work in Pakistan.
