Unable To Open Nokia 3650 Pc Suite

Hi guys,

I've just plugged in Billionton Bluetooth to my USB's PC port and installed the software from the original CD.
I also installed Nokia 3650 PC Suite.

I've done the following :
1. Right click the Bluetooth icon and select Advanced Cobfiguration, then select Local Services. It said Bluetooth is on Com 4.
2. Double clicked the mRouter icon and there are two Bluetooth Com Port ( Com 4 and Com 5), but I only checked Com 4 check box.
3. I did the Serial connection from the "My Bluetooth Places" folder. After that, mRouter icon became connected and my bluetooth also connected. I also have enable my Bluetooth on my Nokia 3650.

After all of those, I opened the Nokia 3650 PC Suite and it said "This is the first time you use the PC Suite. Please attach your Nokia 3650 to the PC and click OK".
I clicked "OK" but nothing happened.

What should I do ?

I'm so frustrated.

I've had the same problem. I've never been able to connect 3650 with pcsuite over bluetooth. I called and found out the 3650 is notourious for this problem, and even after following 4 different sets of directions I couldn't get it to work. Moreover, in the process, I caused my bluetooth to not work AT ALL. My suggestion is to use a card reader and your computer's bluetooth software. Don't bother with pcsuite.

.....my 3650 works with billionton bluetooth and pc suite for 3650. actually it helps that i used the pc suite first with an
infra red device, so i had no problem with the "...first time to
use pc suite..." dialogue. had to install the drivers several times in w98 se and once only in win xp sp1.
notes: both devices must be paired, make sure that serial port connections does not use secure connections...i connect by using my bluetooth places. try to uninstall pc suite and the bluetooth drivers, and then reinstalling them again...hope it works for you....
