Feck! PC Suite Bluetooth mrouter N-Gage problem

I had a 3650 before and it worked no problem, I know everything is set up the way it's supposed to, it recognizes N-Gage but I can't connect the damn thing. All I get is "connecting" but it never fully does. Ideas?

I had the same problem ..

To get round it I have to double click the m router icon then tick both com5 and com6 in that order.

However having recently installed service pack2 (win xp) i now have a box labelled com 500 so now I have to tick com500 then com5 and lastly com6 to get connected.

Got it! That wasn't the problem... Since I used the mrouter for the 3650 before that port was set as default with the address for the 3650, that's why I couldn't use it with the N-Gage. I had to manually change the address for that port so it would connect. Took me few hours to figure it out but it works fine now!
