    Exclamation 3590 frequency change

    can anyone here kindly share me how to change 3590 to 3510 so that it can work here in the philippines... I heard that it is possible, my uncle can convert a 8390 to 8310 and a 3390 to 3310...
    i am hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter...
